Deb Stirling did an excellent job in selling our home. From the beginning Deb provided us with her professional expertise in making the home marketable. Once the home was listed Deb took care of showing the home providing up-to-date information for potential buyers. As we were out of town most of the time the home was on the market, Deb made the extra effort to assist with any items needing prompt attention. During the contract negotiations, Deb's expertise was crucial to getting the deal signed. She continued to provide her upmost attention to closing the deal. In additional to listing, marketing and selling our home, Deb also helped us in locating a rental property for our current needs. Overall I would highly recommend Deb Stirling to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

Deb Stirling was the listing agent for a similar home on my street. The house sold quickly for an excellent price. I took a photo of the yard sign so I could call her when I was ready to sell.
Deb is an outstanding professional. She was quick to respond to my initial call. After looking over the property, she told me exactly what I needed to do to maximum the value of my home and gave me advice on cost and contractors. I did everything she suggested, and she listed the house for considerably more than I anticipated. The photographer she hired did an excellent job on the photos. The listing looked so good I wanted to buy my house, myself. We immediately had multiple offers. We closed on the house 23 days after the listing went live for just $5000 under list for repairs I decided to leave to the buyers. Overall, the experience was fairly painless, but when issues arose, Deb handled them with a deftness that can only come for experience, knowledge, and an understanding of people. On a scale of 1-5, I give her 5 GOLD stars! I HIGHLY recommend Deb Stirling when you're ready to buy or sell a home.
When Deb gives you advice, listen to her. She knows what she's talking about when it comes to buying or selling a house. And don't sweat the details. That's her job, and she handles it with such grace and calm and professionalism.
